“As usual we look forward to seeing Brian Miller back in the ring after over a year off,” said Adam Neary, president of ARES Promotions.  “He always gives it everything he has and the fans love it. He represents everything good about the sport” he added. Also returning to the ring is Miller’s training partner Zach Smith who has excited fans with his style of letting it all hang out.

Additionally, the Scott/Williams fight looks to be a chess match between two very skilled and athletic middleweights.  “Once again, ARES Promotions gets two young prospects to step up to the plate and see who will go to the next level,” said Neary.  Scott a 6’3” southpaw will do his best to stave off the persistent and technically sound Williams.  “We will see if Williams can overcome the southpaw stance and the height advantage with his superior boxing ability.  This one’s too close to call,” added Neary.

The doors open at 5 p.m. and the first bout begins at 6 p.m.  Ticket start at $40 and are available online at aresboxing.com, or at the door.
